CLASSES

Straight Flush offers class times throughout the entire day to ensure that you have the chance to make it to the gym for a great workout.

Each CrossFit class is one hour and follows the Workout Of the Day, or WOD, which is typically made up of three sections:

  • mobility — to warm up your body

  • strength — to forge your muscles

  • metcon (short for metabolic conditioning) — to activate and build your engine

The WOD is the same no matter which of the day’s CrossFit classes you attend. As always, every movement of the prescribed workout can be modified to any fitness level.
