Our classes last approximately one hour and will encompass warmup, skill/strength, the workout of the day (or WOD), cool down and discussion. Please be on time.

*KIDFIT has officially started!!! Kids 4-14 years of age are welcome to come in for an awesome time, learn about the foundations of movement and of course to HAVE FUN!!!

HIIT

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY

Starting March 6th! High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) or sprint interval training (SIT), is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Each program is 6 weeks in length.

UNLIMITED WEEKLY – $170/Month

3 Days A Week – $140/Month

2 Days A Week – $110/Month

KIDFIT – $50/Month

HIIT – $199/6 Week Program

OPEN GYM

MON-FRI 7-8am, 10am-12pm

MON-FRI 1pm-3pm

Open gym hours is time that unlimited membership athletes can come into the gym to workout, lift, practice skills, etc. There will be a coach on site but the coach may or may not be available for instruction. You are on your own during this time and expected to use the space safely and responsibly.
